how to remove "quick help" in knowlegde base?

Hi

I am not sure if this is a question for this (MOD)-forum or for the HESK main forum.
As I am using the mod, I am asking here - and maybe the questio/post can betransfered to the correct place if needed.

How can I remove the quick help (see image: left side) from the knowledge base? I think, the information there is ... quite useless and so I want to make sure the important info (knowlegde base article) get the focus of attention.

This is a feature I hope to have implemented in v2.4.0. It's a bit tricky to explain in words, so if you can wait until 2.4.0, it will be a lot easier

Is there a way to remove these boxes? Unfortunately the box on submit ticket, takes away half of the footer and moves it to the side. I would like to remove quick_note if possible.

Never mind. I checked the code and noticed that you could remove them from your backend.
