Multiple Email Field at Submit form

Post by jeetusaini85 »

Dear Team,

First of all , thanks for the great application. :D

I have a requirement regarding a feature, if you could provide or help me to create.

I need a field at ticket submit form in which ticket raiser can put multiple email id's so that additional recipients can also receive emails regarding a ticket mail chain.

Basically, related to a ticket, every person get emails whenever a status change.

Hope i am clear on this.

In Hesk settings, tab "Email" you can activate an option that should customers allow to enter several emails as contact.

Thanks for the prompt revert Alcazar,

Is this option send status email to every person who were entered at the time of ticket submission?

If yes, my requirement will fulfill. :)

Dear Klemen,

I tried by it gives me below mentioned error:

"The two email addresses are not identical."

I am using this format:

abc@xyz.com, def@xyz.com, ghi@xyz.com

And i activated confirm email option also and put same email ID's into.

I also check interactive help book and it says that:

"Multiple emails

If a customer tries to enter several emails (separated by comma) into the Email field when submitting a ticket HESK will only use the first email by default and ignore any other emails.

To allow customers to enter multiple emails enable this feature by checking the box."

Please help.

At the moment you need to disable "Confirm email" to make multiple emails to work. Will see if I can fix that.

If you read interactive help carefully, it says that by default only first one will be used, to change it you need to enable the multiple emails function
