robots.txt blocking google click.php

In google my home page site descriptions says this
A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt – learn more

This is my robots.txt file would this cause the google issue?
User-agent: *
Disallow: /count/click.php

This just blocks the single file (count/click.php), not your homepage.
