By mistakenly i have disabled the customer category from the settings, but now i want it on submit ticket form but not able to enable again. I think i forgot it how to enable it.
You need more than one PUBLIC category for the selection list to appear.
In HESK Admin panel go to "Categories". Then in the "Options" column of list of categories click any greyed-out "human" icon to make the category public.
