Copy all Ticket reply to everyone

Hi

I need to be able to copy any reply from my helpdesk team into a default shared email address.
By this i mean when a customer logs a ticket, if i reply to this ticket in Hesk i need to this reply to go to all of my team aswell as the customer, is this possible?

Unfortunately there is no such function in HESK, you would have to code it yourself.
