Hi. All my tickets "Customer didn't read this reply yet." is not changing even i read my tickets.

Im using GMail SMTP
I created new ticket myself to my another email id as customer.
Even i opened the tickets still showing as "Customer didn't read this reply yet."

Works fine in my installation and in the demo:

You need to open the ticket from customer interface (hesk/ticket.php) to mark as read, not from admin interface (hesk/admin/admin_ticket.php).
