Version of script: 2.6.2

I am tearing my hair out - can upload attachments in the admin notes section of a ticket - but can not download the attachment in the admin notes section of a ticket.

When downloading the attachment I get Permission denied.

It is only in the admin notes section that I have a problem - in the customer attachments it works fine.

This sounds like session problems.

Does it work if you try it in the HESK demo?

Do you have the original HESK files or any modifications?
