Dear Klemen,

I have sent you a private message on my issue. I have found similar article in this forum but it will not support me on the issue that I'm dealing with. In a brief, I have purchased a License key for Hesk system and the system installed in an Intranet network in a WAMP application. However, to activate the license key it's required a valid domain. We don't have this in our Intranet and it's not supported, so can you please support me on this issue?

Hi,

The license form will also accept local hostname, not just a valid domain.

For example if you access the HESK like this:

http://localhost/HESK/admin/admin_main.php

You can enter the local URL in the license form to generate the correct license:

Code: Select all

http://localhost/HESK
