In SMTP settings enter

SMTP server:send.one.com
SMTP port:465

Then try different combinations of "SSL" and "TLS" settings (ON-ON, ON-OFF, OFF-ON, OFF-OFF).

But based on the SMTP log it looks like port 465 is blocked on your server. Ask hosting company to open port 465 in firewall.

Like said, this means the PORTS are blocked on your server. Ask your hosting company to unblock them.

The problem was that. My web hosting was at one.com

All SMTP servers is by default blocked.
except their own.
So i change the webhosting and now i have a account on Binero and it´s working very good.

but i have a last question.
Where can i find the file/files with this information:
Website title:
Website URL:
Webmaster email:

Database host:
Database name:
Database username:
Database password:
Table prefix:

So i can backup the file.

Thanks, Verry good support in this forum

All the settings on the Settings page are stored in file "hesk_settings.inc.php"
