New ticket for existing customer

Hi there, very good product.
Is it possible to create new ticket for existing customer without retype name, email, some others custom fields in customers details (like phone, mobile phone or steet address) if customer is already in our hesk database??
I am using Hesk for hardware support so each customer can brink me 5 or more devices per month.
Why retype all fields about customer details? My focus should be in hardware details.
