Other thank losing the 'HESK' branding from the software, what benefits are there for me in getting the paid version?
Do I get more feature / functions. with the paid version?
If it's just the removal of the branding, that hardly seems worth getting the paid version if it's only the removal of the branding.
I'd be prepared to pay a lot more for added features /functions

The only thing that changes is the HESK branding ("powered by ... brought to you by ...") links.
No extra features or anything else is included in the license.
HESK really is free software, so all the functionality is included in the free version. The license is just an option that was added because it was requested by some HESK users who want the branding removed for any reason or just to support HESK development.
HESK development is also sponsored by SysAid, so there is no need for me to hide functionality and force users into paying for the full HESK package.
