good afternoon

I'm using the Hesk 2.5.2 version, and changed my hosting to Google APPS, and since then I can no longer use the tickets.

I'm following this tutorial, http://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/index.php?article=72 to configure the mail, and I still can not set up correctly.

I found that Gmail uses SSL - where the Hesk not have this function.

Some friend would have some information.

The settings mentioned in knowledgebase article are 100% correct and working.

The problem could be:

1. your server is blocking ports 587/995

2. Google is blocking account connections from your server, see my last replies here:

Good afternoon Klamer, exactly, my problem is that my service provider had to release the SSL port.
Released at the time worked.
