Hi Klemen, have some difficulties with the time that is displayed in HESK.
If the ticket time have maximum 10 days then the User Admin got notification popup or the ticket changing to high priority, could you please sent me the code that I should change?
All my files have modification and I am afraid that it would cause different issues :-(

Unfortunately there is no such build-in function in HESK, you will need to create the code yourself (or hire a developer).
