I'm running the current version of Hesk 2.53, I'm hosted by Softlayer.
Too often when I open a ticket to respond to and then get distracted by a phone call or something, by the time I click "Submit" on the finally finished ticket 30 minutes later or so I get a "Session has expired" message and can't hit the back button to get back to what I wrote to recover my response. (Frustrating)
Is Hesk purposefully set to expire the session after 30 minutes of activity? If so, do I have the ability to lengthen the session time to avoid having this happen in the future?
Thanks in advance.

Session expiration is set in PHP configuration (php.ini) and is not controlled by HESK.
However, if you allow automatic logins and check "Log me on automatically each visit" when logging into HESK, it should be able to automatically login again after the expired session and submit the reply.
