Hi
I recently transferred my Hesk to a new hosting account, and changed the domain it is hosted on. Since then, when I enter a note it shows the following error message. When you go back the note has been saved, however it doesn't show the confirmation message. It happens most of the time, however sometimes it works as expected.
Is there something I need to update in Hesk or is this a problem with the hosting company?
Thanks for your help
Tim

Re: Error when posting notes
Do you get the same error when you turn Debug mode off in HESK settings?

Re: Error when posting notes
If I turn it off I get an Invalid request error

Re: Error when posting notes
Turning debug mode OFF should have nothing to do with Invalid requests - are you manually modifying the settings file or through the admin panel?
If manually make 101% sure it is saved as UTF-8 *without* BOM and that none of your other files have byte order mark (if you modified any).
