Hello,

I have a problem on my web server, I can only send e-mail if the sender is an email address on the server, what is my problem.
I have a contact form in Joomla, but that the visitor sends the message as copy does not match the email address of the visitor. Now this news comes in Hesk and the visitors do not I get the ticket number for said special email Probelm.

Is there another solution in Hesk, with the input data (I can store it in a database) to create a ticket from it?

No other way in HESK.

But why use a different contact form in the first place? You should either show HESK "add a ticket" form or list an email address, not use a third party form, send mail and convert it.
