Excuse me for my english I'm french.
When retrieving email on Hesk messaging hesk_pop3.php email correspondence is to find the ticket.
Instead the email we just take the ticket number.
But customers do not always meet with the same emails

Lors de la récupération des mail sur la messagerie HESK avec hesk_pop3.php email sert de correspondance pour retrouver le ticket.
A la place du mail peu on prendre le numéro de ticket.
Mais clients ne répondent pas toujours avec le même emails
