I have a button in my sidebar - when clicked, I wish to access the "new enquiry" form
I am using thickbox along with an iframe, built into wordpress, so that this "pops up" so the user does not have to load a new page

I'm using this URL: http://www.example.co.uk/hesk/index.php?a=add
However with the iframe....this doesn't always work and instead it goes to the hesk index page, which I want to avoid....

This is the thickbox URL I am using: http://www.example.co.uk/hesk/index.php ... height=850

Can you give me the direct URL that will go to the enquiry form? That way this will work properly.

The problem is you are missing an & between a=add and TB_iframe=true
