This is probably going to be a simple one. As I am just testing this (And I might add is fantastic) I am sending out test emails and the local address is sent :-
http://10.0.0.1/helpdesk/ticket.php?tra ... resh=95051
Where does it get that address from? and can I change it to reflect an external IP? I assume it was one of the link settings, but did not want to break anything till I had a better understanding of what I was doing.

The "Help Desk URL" setting is used when generating links (Admin panel > Settings > Help Desk tab).
