Move to other hosting provider

Hi,

What's the easiest / safest way to move the guestbook to another hosting provider so I can
keep all the setting changes I made + the entries ?

All is stored in local files, so just:

1. copy all files from your server
2. make any necessary changes to the settings.php file (for example new URL if it changed)
3. upload them to the new server
4. on the new server CHMOD required files and folders:
banned_ip.txt and entries.txt to 666
apptmp to 777
