Exporting tickets not working

Version of script: 2.5

Hello and thanks very much for this fantastic software...

We've just implemented v 2.5 and are going through the testing process currently before releasing it to our customer base!!

One thing we are struggling with is the export tickets function. When we click export we get website cannot display the page ...

Any ideas as to why this would be ?

This could be a number of server-related issues. You didn't post the phpinfo file so not sure what your server setup is.

Do you have access to server error logs? Can you find any details inside there?

If you turn Debug mode ON in HESK settings (admin panel > Settings > Help Desk tab > Features), do you get any other error messages?
