Once again hello Klemen,
My third question (i hope the last one) is about the Admin Panel Home page.
Can i modify somehow the columns that are on the main page?
For example there are: Tracking ID,Updated,Name,Subject,Status,Last replier
I would like to have: TracikingID, DateCreated,Name,Subject,Status,Assigned_To
I know that it is here in: "inc/ticket_list.inc.php"

Is it possible to do it without writing additional code?

I'm afraid not, to do that you will need to modify the source code.

The good news is some examples have already been posted in the past, you might want to search the forum (this one and the HESK mods and add-ons forum).
