Easier Tracking / E-mail Piping Hesk 2.5 Features

Sorry to ask any potentially repetetive questions.

Is Hesk 2.5 going to support multiple receipients and CC/BCC ? What I would kill to be able to do is just CC the e-mail address hesk is using for piping and have it transparently create tickets and track communications on a ticket/e-mail subject....

also, where can I find info for hesk 2.5 projected release date?

No, improving email piping this way is not included in 2.5.

The beta version is almost ready (release planned very soon, but can't give an exact date) and at this point no new functionality will be added to 2.5, probably in later versions.
