Increase the timeout for users

Hello,

I was wondering how to increase the time that a person logged in as administrator has before the system makes them log in again. I have had several complaints of users typing lengthy replies to tickets only to have Hesk make them log back in without that information being entered. So how would I go about Increasing the time out if possible? I looked through the database and some of the code and didn't see anything obvious, though I am no php expert by any means. Thank you in advance.

Session expiration time is determined in PHP settings, you will need to talk to your hosting company to increase that.

However, if you are using latest version of HESK and allow auto-logins this shouldn't be happening at all?
