When piping out, is HESK supposed to have file attachments included in the notification email itself to the recipient when an admin responds to a ticket?
If not, is there a way I can enable such a feature easily? Thanks!

A solution for this has been coded for version 2.5 (beta planned to be released this month) - emails with message in them will have direct links to attachments at the bottom.
