What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: delete tickets

I thought Hesk did this but I cannot find the settings... We would like to be able to have the system auto-delete tickets after 2 years. Can Hesk do this? If not, how best would we go about coding this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

It doesn't have an auto-delete function, just an "auto-close (resolve)" one.

Your best bet would probably be to list tickets on the main admin page, order by date and delete oldest ones.
