Admins do not receive e-mail when a ticket is opened

Hi,
What should I set in HESK that all Directors receive an email whenever a ticket is opened?
As it is only the user who opened the ticket is getting the message and I need administrators also receive without having to stick with the program open to see if there is any new ticket open.
