It would be nice to be able to upload images from local PC.
99% of user images are usually saved on his local PC, so having to upload to a server to then paste the URL is very annoying.

Do you plan to add a "upload image from local PC" option?
If not, how can I do it?

I presume you are talking about knowledgebase articles, because tickets allow uploading files from PC?

At the moment no, this is not an option, but may be included in the future.
