2 Instances of Hesk sharing the same database????

Can two instances of HESK share a database? I need to build a custom branded help desk for one of our customers but want to utilize the login, topics, and everything else from my current instance of HESK (paid version). Can this be done?

I don't see why not - install both instances (for example each with a different table prefix) then modify the second one to use the same prefix/database info.
