how it works? it count when staff reply? when should staff press the "Start/Stop" button?

The counter should start automatically when you open a ticket.

If it doesn't then you either have it disabled in "Profile" page, you have Javascript disabled or there are some Javascript errors on your code.

If the counter start automatically there is no need to hit the start/stop button, unless you want to pause the counter (press to pause, then again to continue). When the "submit reply" button is clicked, the timer will stop automatically.

If the counter doesn't start automatically (controlled on the "Profile" page), the user needs to click the start button to start counting time worked and stop to pause/finish.
