I got below Error Message :
Connected to the POP3 server "pop.gmail.com".
User "support@XXX.com" logged in.
There are 37 messages in the mail box with a total of 50054454 bytes.
Parsing message 1 of 37.
Failed to save the mail as /var/www/vhosts/XXXXX.com/subdomains/XXXX/httpdocs/attachments/0f4e0e0306c3ca5425301e8844e033a9/5863HKn86J.
Please help me on this.

For some reason the script can't write to your "attachments" folder - even though attachments work fine (sorry for the test ticket!).
You will probably need to talk to your host and ask them to check for any problems in apache error logs.
