Canned Responses for Different Categories

Is there a way to set up ‘canned responses’ based ‘Categories’

I have 5 products which I’ve set up as ‘categories’

When I create canned responses for my different products, I have to put all the canned responses I write for ALL products into one long list, under ‘Canned Responses’ and finding the relevant ‘canned response’ for a specific product is a real pain

Any suggestions please

No, not at the moment I'm afraid, but will be considered for future releases.

Currently your best option is to for example start canned responses title with category name:
SALES - How to send an invoice
SALES - reply to Item not received
OTHER - info about newsletter

etc..

I know it's not perfect, but could help finding them.
