New version of HESK: 2.4.2

HESK has just been updated to version 2.4.2

Note: this version doesn't change any core files, it just verifies that you have a valid version of HESK installed.

UPDATE FROM VERSION 2.4.1:
1. Download HESK 2.4.1 to 2.4.2 patch
2. Read HOW TO INSTALL.html

UPDATE FROM OLDER VERSIONS:
1. Download Full installation file
2. Open docs/step-by-step-guide.html and read instructions under "Upgrading from old versions"

If you have problems with version 2.4.2 please open a new topic, do not reply here!

Changes in 2.4.2:
- verify that a valid version of HESK has been installed
