when login as admin and click the knowledge base icon to manage kb (manage_knowledgebase.php), in IE6 the page load extremely slowly (8-10 seconds) but okay in FF13, I guess maybe some problem with the script loading like tree menu script or WYSIWYG script?

Probably yes, try upgrading IE to a modern version (6 is quite old).
