current server time incorrect

My server and my laptop are in same place (asia, utc+8), in the backend admin setting, the current server time displayed is in utc+0, is that corrected? Because in the knowledge base article Revision history, the time is in utc+0. But in the view of ticket and article, the time is correct in local time(utc+8).
