When a user support request e-mail admin at Heskin it does not. Comes from the user. Is there a setting on this

when a user create a new ticket, the e-mail is sent only the user. But I want that, the e-mail will sent to administrator.

Email IS sent to administrator as well! However, if you have auto-assign ticket set to "ON" in settings, only the ASSIGNED staff member will receive email, not everyone.
