is it possible to view also the message in the email?

Hallo Klemen let me first say that your program is awesome and i will buy a copy of it 100 %

i was wondering just one thing it would be possible when you receive the mail to receive also the message ( now only the subject is being show ) ex: lets say a user send a ticket that its assigned to abc@abc i want also in the email to show the message that the users has entered.

Hello,

You will need to modify email templates to do that - add %%MESSAGE%% to the email template where you wish the message to appear.
