Show staff members working on a ticket

Problem: Sometimes more than one staff member is working on the same ticket.

Query: Is there a way of showing on the ticket if a staff member has that ticket already open?

Yes - when a ticket is assigned to someone it will show both in the ticket header and a notice will be shown above the "Add a reply" box.

So, before working on a ticket, staff should assign the ticket to themselves (I assume you have auto-assign tickets set to off?), then anyone else opening the ticket will see someone else is already working on it.
