Having issues with a few emails getting lost and not creating a ticket however most emails create a ticket. any suggestions on how to check to see where the emails are getting lost?

the lost emails do not create a ticket or send anything to the email sender.

They could be blocked because too many emails are sent within 300 seconds.

Try increasing the Email loops "Max hits" setting to 20 and see if that helps (Admin > Settings > Email > Email loops).

If that doesn't help, try setting it to 0.

Also, note that if two identical emails are sent, HESK will ignore the second one.
