I Have CHMOD`ed the PHP files, transferred all files in ASCII (Except images) edited my header and footer added a single link to see if the script worked but alas nothing! Help!

You get a 404 error which means "PAGE NOT FOUND".

is NOT the correct URL address of your script. Make sure you type the correct one, CaSe MatTeRs!
