PHP Script Error -not operating in safe mode ????

I tried entering another website located on the same server to test the script and it didn't work. However, when I tested another site located on a different server, I only received the "no reciprocal link found" message.

I checked the php script and VodaHost is not operating PHP in safe mode and it is the latest version. So, what do I do now?

LinkMan required PHP 4.3.x , your PHP is version 4.03 which is a very old and buggy version. Ask your hosting company to upgrade PHP to the latest stable version (4.3.13 at the moment).
