Name in email

If your next update, is is possible to add the NAME of the person
submitting the ticket to the email generated?
Example
A new support ticket has been assigned to you. Ticket details:
Ticket subject: Tech Support
Name: JOHN
Tracking ID: P33-X85-xxxxx
I'm not sure who would find that useful, but I would
( I would have submitted this to the suggest new feature forum but I don't see
any posts there for a few years)
