Change default priority from Low to High

I have a lot of customers who get upset when they see that by default their ticket has been set to a low priority setting, how can I change that to medium or high?

Funny, because they are the ones who select priority when submitting a ticket.

The most elegant solution would be to simply hide priority from customers and just use it internally for your own convenience:

- login to admin panel
- go to Settings
- on the Help desk tab under "Features" set "Customer priority:" to "OFF"
- save changes
