view ticket link broken

Hey guys. All works for me except the email link and view your ticket. Any ideas why. I have read all over and have seen nothing.

Looks like an easy one to me
ADD the .COM in the URL in the config file...
change
$hesk_settings['hesk_url']="
http://www.fiberfiles/support/";
to
$hesk_settings['hesk_url']="
http://www.fiberfiles.com/support/";
this should make the trick
