Looks like an easy one to me ADD the .COM in the URL in the config file...

change

$hesk_settings['hesk_url']="http://www.fiberfiles/support/";

to

$hesk_settings['hesk_url']="http://www.fiberfiles.com/support/";

this should make the trick
