Couple of quick questions about HESK.

1. Can all users who belong to the same category receive email notifications whenever a job ticket is submitted?

2. Can a user view all job tickets and receive email notifications belonging to category A; and at the same time view all job tickets but not receive any email notification belonging to category B, C (without giving them administrator status)?

How do I achieve those?

I'm using HESK 2.3.

Been trying out the options at USERS and PROFILES -> NOTIFICATIONS but still quite bewildered by it.

1. Only if auto-assign is disabled. With auto-assign enabled only the person who the ticket is assigned to gets a notification.

2. Unfortunately no. Currently a staff member can either receive notifications for all categories or none.
