Assigning users to categories

This may be a stupid question, but I cannot find a way to assign one or more categories to a given user (or vice versa)...

Have you tried Clicking On the Users Menu. Then the edit pencil on the right.

Like Kevin said, you can do that on the "Users" page either when you create a new user or edit an existing one.

Just make sure you select "Administrator: No" - Administrators have access to all features and categories, specific categories/features can only be applied to other users (non-admins).
