I keep getting my admin account locked out for 60 minutes. This is not acceptable for me as I am the admin. So I need to know how to disable this functionality, or how to reset the session in the database.

This means you are entering wrong passwords or ticket IDs.

Admin panel > Settings > "Help Desk" tab > Security

Login attempts limit:
Ban time (minutes):

Click the ? link to each of these settings to learn exactly what they do.
