sort the announcement

Hello,

I would like to sort the announcement of the tickets after the newest first. Can one hire this somewhere?

OK, I want to explain it.

No open ticket exists. If I show all.
I want to have a look at all concluded tickets. OK.
Then the oldest is completely indicated on top.
However the last (the newest) should be completely indicated on top.
Understand? Sorry for my stupid English. :oops:

Have you tried clicking the "Updated" link in the table? This should change sorting by last updated in ascending/descending order.
