new reply on top, or auto open to the mailed reply

How modify, that the newest reply is always on top, if you open the online ticket.

Or wenn you click the link in your mail it will automaticly scroll to the reply itself?

Sorry i tought is was maybe a sql sort change, so its bigger than that :)
